You might want to mention the read-only GIT mirror.
With git, not only do you get the entire history at your fingertips,
but updates, branch management, archaeology, etc. are so much more
efficient than with cvs.

Get a copy of the repository via:

    git clone git://sources.redhat.com/git/glibc
    git clone git://sourceware.org/git/glibc        (slightly shorter)
