I just noticed that if you have two printers defined to be "Postscript
Level 2", with different PPD files, if you switch between them in the GUI,
it doesn't refresh, so, for example, the wrong Tray Names are shown.

Here (at work!) we have a mix of HP LJ 2100 and LJ4500 (color) printers,
which are all "Postscript level 2" and I have the PPD files loaded for
each one.

It looks like the check for whether or not to refresh the settings doesn't
take into account the PPD name as well as the printer driver name?
