I cannot find any listing for a DeskJet T830. There is, however, a DesignJet T830. \
It uses the HP-GL/2 or HP/RTL printer languages. Gutenprint does not support those \
printer languages. Gutenprint would need someone to volunteer to write and maintain \
a driver using those printer languages.
