I just committed the first cut at the dyesub changes.  Most of the patch 
consisted of the elimination of the rounding up that was necessary to 
generate integral paper sizes for outside consumption.

Just about every dyesub printer will now generate non-integral paper 
sizes.  For example, here's a snippet from the DNP DS820 PPD I just 
generated:

*PageSize w576h864-div3/8x4*3:  "<</PageSize[614.400 904.320]/ImagingBBox null>>setpagedevice"
*PageSize A4x4inch/A4x4inch:    "<</PageSize[296.640 614.400]/ImagingBBox null>>setpagedevice"

I haven't tested any of this in anger yet -- I'm 374 miles from any 
of my printers -- but come Monday I can run off a few things to see 
how they behave...
