<p class="p1"><span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>I recently upgraded to \
Gutenprint 5.2.11-pre2 from Gutenprint 5.2.11-pre1, running on an MacBook Pro to an \
Epson Stylus Photo R2000 printer. </p> <p class="p1"><span style="font-size: \
9pt;">I seems that I am unable to find the Gutenprint driver among the list of \
printer drivers I can access through the "Print & Fax" window of my \
computer. My particular printer IS listed (either "EPSON SP R2000 Series" or \
"Epson Stylus Photo Series").</span></p> <p class="p1"><span \
style="font-size: 9pt;">In choosing either of these as the printer driver, the \
printout quality is neither affected, nor enhanced as compared to the non-Gutenprint \
stock settings. The print quality adjustments possible through the printer dialog box \
are identical to the ones available with the non-Gutenprint stock Epson \
driver.</span></p> <p class="p2"> <span style="font-size: 9pt;">I also noticed \
that unlike the previous version I had of Gutenprint, the suffix "CUPS+Gutenprint \
etc…" is absent from the printer name that appears next to the "Kind" \
rubric in the "Print & Fax" dialog window. I wonder if this is indicative \
of a problem of some sort, or that Gutenprint is unable to engage, \
somehow?</span></p> <p class="p2"> <span style="font-size: 9pt;">Thank for the \
