Hi everyone ! 

My name is Jordi, I'm from Girona (Spain).
I'm from a company called starblitz.
We're currently developing digital-photo related software under GPL and 
GNU/Linux plattforms, like digital print stations and kiosks.

One of our products uses dye sublimation printers. Currently it uses 
SHINKO-CHC 9045, SHINKO-CHC 1245 and SHINKO-CHC 2145 models.

We have an exclusive to import this printers in Spain.

Shinko manufacturer did not support GNU/Linux plattforms and we have to build 
the drivers. 

Our currently driver implementation prints in a "raw" way using libusb.
Now we want to develop a new driver for our printers that uses gimp-print. 
We're newbies in cups and gimp-print development. So we hope you can help us.

For the moment we're reading gimp-print development documentation and we have 
doing some test examples.

We also want to support SONY-UP-DR150 printer so we're going to test your 
driver in a few weeks.
