It used to work for the PIXMA iP4000. Looks like I broke it when I fixed the 
ESC c) command ;(

In order to fix this I will have to add a new printmode for every printer with 
a cd tray. This also means that my assumption that every printmode is always 
selectable is wrong. I will have to redesign the printmode, paper and quality 
selection and find the right settings for these new printmodes. This will 
take some time...
