   PPD file is here

   I configured it with system-config-printer from FC2, I don't know much 
   about CUPS, yet :(

That's not what I want you to use -- I'd like you to build Gimp-Print
from source, using configure --with-cups (you may need to install
cups-devel and openssl-devel or the like), and use the PPD file named
CUPS+Gimp-Print.  Configure it with http://localhost:631, not with
system-config-printer.
