Summary: libggi display-x: bugfix: key state lossage on focus loose

Initial Comment:

This patch should fix the input state issues with
keyboard state being lost when the window looses focus.

This patch applies to the libggi 2.0.x branch.
Note, to take this patch into effect, the libgii patch
(same summary) is also needed.

It will be committed once we got positive feedback.

The best way to test it, is to hold a key down while
transferring focus to another window. The old behaviour
was, that the application would never get the correct
"Key-Up" Sequence then.

When you apply the patch, the app should get faked
Key-Up/Down Sequences that sync the state of the app
with real keyboard state.

So be sure to also test the other way round, like
holding down shift, then transferring focus _to_
the app. You should then get a fake shift-down event.
