Download the latest Beta release.  Everything you need should be in there.  (Except
possibly the HOWTO, which can also be obtained from our site :
http://www.sistina.com/gfs/)

Yes, you will need to patch and recompile your kernel before using GFS.  The patches can
be found in the tarball under GFS/kernel_patches/.

The HOWTO should answer all questions which you may have and provide examples.
