Jim,

If you could give us more information about your setup, helping will be
much simpler.  Look over:
http://www.sistina.com/gfs/howtos/gfs_howto/node19.html for a list of
information you should include when reporting bugs.  we really do need this
information to help you.  It would probably help if you looked at the rest of
the HowTo as well, if you have not already.
