Hi!

I still try to implement GFS on our WebCluster and at this point

I have one problem:

I use GFS4.2 (fresh 2.4.9 kernel) on IBM Netfinity Servers x330
(2 Intel PIII CPU, 2G RAM, QLogic2200) with 'CONFIG_HIGHMEM4G=y'
(in kernel config) and apache daemon on each server write to the same log
file (f.e. access.log) on GFS partition.

When I try to rotate logs from apache I do
# mv access.log access.log.old
and then
# apache reload
on one or both PCs, in parallel or one after another

I get kernel panic:

                virtual address 000001db

If I use kenel with CONFIG_NOHIGHMEM=y
then I have not problems.

In maillists have I seen http://bugzilla.sistina.com/show_bug.cgi?id=265
similer error, but provided patch can't be used with GFS4.2

Any ideas?
