Greetings,

You may remember me from a day visit back in September.  Anyway,
I'm trying to work with gnbd and there are two things I'd like
a reality check on:

1 - kgnbd requires "errno" symbol on 2.2.14 & 2.2.16; I just
    put "int errno" into kgnbdsrv.c but I don't think that is
    the right solution.  Seems to be in #include <linux/unistd.h>

2 - kgnbd has not been tested with md under it; I tried ext2 over
    gnbd over md (failed) and ram (success) so my guess is that
    md isn't supported.

Fyi: kernel patches are not clean in the drivers/blocks directory
on 2.2.14 or 16.  I did some human merging which seems to work.
