Greetings,

I'm trying to get GFS up and running in local file system mode.
I've been following the directions in the INSTALLATION file and
everything seems to be going well until I try to insmod the nolock.o
module. (the only exception is I don't have a FC adapter... I was thinking
it would only be necessary if utilizing a shared Fibre loop... please
correct me if I'm wrong)

[root@jolt GFS]# lsmod

[root@jolt fs]# uname -a
Linux jolt.linux-hw.com 2.2.8 #5 Thu May 13 02:47:17 EDT 1999 i686 unknown

I'm using the GFS-linux-19990508.src.tgz and
GFS-linux-kernel-patches-19990508.tgz on 2.2.8+compile&memleak patches.

The symbols appear to be exported via gfs's locking.c line 357 and 358, but
nolock can't find them... Am I missing some compiler flag or something?

The pool device seems to be working (i.e. the dd test successful).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

-Tony
