  Log:
  There was a change I made a while ago that caused localflocks to be turned
  on automatically when nolock is used.  I reworked that a bit.  Instead of
  looking at the module name, the code now looks at a field in the lock module
  operations structure called "local_fs".  If GFS sees that flag set, it
  turns on localflocks, regardless the actual state of the localflocks mount
  option.
       I also added another mount option "ignore_local_fs" that allows you to
  run GFS flock/plock code with nolock.  (For testing mostly.)
