I'm trying to deploy bundles with dependency to javaee-api, it failed to deploy on \
karaf 3.0.3. I checked log and code, there  is class not found exception for \
org.osgi.framework.BundleActivator. I found it registered an Activator in MANIFEST, \
but in the import-package section didn't imported org.osgi.framework package.
