Rick McGuire resolved GERONIMO-5415.

Resolution: Fixed
Committed revision 959385.
The error was in how the handler was processing the content type and requesting the \
specific image support. That has been fixed, however, this was still producing \
different results from the Sun reference implementation, which had disabled the image \
type handlers in 1.4.1. For compatibility reasons, these handlers have been disabled \
in the mailcap definition.
