Hello,

my machine does not compile 

dev-perl/SGMLSpm-1.03-r4

which is marked stable :-( 

r5 --> No problems :-) Why not mask it stable? On other platforms it 
occurs to run very fine. PPC section is the only marking it 
unstable ;-(
