I only added it to tty1: c1:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty1 linux --noclear > (2) what do we put in bash_login ? -- 'man bash' doesn't help. Nothing you would put there would help. It's about preventing the clearing of the terminal. There's nothing you can do after it has been cleared.
