This is an IPv6 issue.

I really don't know why, but it seems sshd binds to an IPv6 address 
first (if support compiled in the kernel) and then fails to bind to the 
IPv4 address.

It's harmful, just annoying. You can disable IPv6 support in the kernel 
and it disappears (or maybe this doesn't happen in a IPv6 network?)

One thing I find strange is that it happens even if we disable/enable 
the IPv6 protocol in /etc/rc.conf. I would like to know why.
