When I "modprobe nfs", lsmod shows:

nfs                    95088  1
lockd                  57864  1 nfs
sunrpc                130724  4 nfs,lockd

How do I keep lockd from loading?  If it's loaded, and I mount an NFS 
share with the "nolock" option, does that avoid use of it?  Thanks.
