I will grant that <iframe> can sometimes be quite handy, but as a set
rule I avoid standard frames as much as possible. Anybody who suggests
that frames are a good thing better have a damned good reason (more than
just "it means I don't have to reload the entire page", because that's
not good enough)! :)
