'mount /dev/whatever_partition_it_is /boot'

as root should work.  If it complains about problems with the filesystem type, 
then

'mount -t filesystem_type /dev/whatever_partition /boot'

should work, where 'filesystem' is {ext2 | ext3 | xfs | reiserfs | vfat | 
msdos | (lots of others that people don't normally use)}

Note that this assumes you have a directory called /boot on your root 
partition -- if there isn't one, you'll need to 'mkdir /boot' first.
