I have no=20 /dev/scd1 or anything, there is a /dev/scsi/ with some stuff in but nothi= ng=20 mountable. /dev/cdrom is a symlink to /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 which doesn't exist (in fac= t=20 there's nothing in /dev/cdroms/) I know I'm missing something stupidly simple, but I cant find it in any h= owtos=20 or anything anywhere... Any help appreciated in locating my lost CDROM :) - --=20 Shane http://www.shanewright.co.uk/ Public key: http://www.shanewright.co.uk/files/public_key.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9nWs/5DXg6dCMBrQRAq/ZAJ9AfNnhNeQUvFl9M1s43X8skuTd0wCgnARc R6OHy7UsOza7JIdVYdrpdCc=3D =3DUo1R -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ gentoo-user mailing list gentoo-user@gentoo.org http://lists.gentoo.org/mailman/listinfo/gentoo-user
