Interesting...as was noted on the Gentoo forums, there is now a 
/gentoo/releases/build/.1.4 directory on the mirrors, that contains the 
various stage tarballs for what appears to be 1.4 final, but no install ISO's 
yet... anyone want to start a pool for when 1.4 will be finalized and 
released? ^_~
