It appears the mirrors you have selected are currently not available. I
can't even get a connection from my network. I suggest commenting out
the mirrors variable or using one of the mirrors listed here:
http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml

Also selecting all your mirrors from the same site defeats the purpose
of multiple mirror selection, because they'll probablly all be down at
the same time.
