Hey,

looks good. The news item must be discussed in the gentoo-dev ML first,
and it must be visible there for 72 hours before publishing it. Can you
post it in gentoo-dev ML, or should I forward the mail? (Also CC
pr@gentoo.org)

Would've merged the update to 4.0.4 but you dropped the
REPLACING_VERSIONS warning, requiring the news item to be published
first, so let's wait for that.
