The point was, Gentoo voting should not solely be dictated by those who are 
contributing. Then you start to get into pissing contests, as to who 
contributes more etc.

It is best to view everyone in the community as equal. Contributor, 
Evangelist, etc.

Any focus on comparison or the details is completely missing the point.
