The Foundation happened just because there isn't any other easy way to
legally take monetary sponsorship and reflow it to the project needs and
that's all it should do.

All the misconception spun about how the Council and the other part of
the meta-structure of Gentoo work should stop, since it is getting utter
ridiculous.
