Hi,

following is the agenda proposal for the Council's upcoming meeting on
the 23rd of August at 1900 UTC [0].

* roll call
** items for discussion / vote **
	- EAPI 4 status
	- GLEP 54 - http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0054.html
	- GLEP 55 - http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0055.html
* go through bugs assigned to the Council
* decide who's chairing the next meeting
* finalize the next meeting's date
* open floor - listen to the community
