Hello!

Attached is update for grsecurity-1.9.13-2.4.24 (not cvs, only the correct 
parts from cvs are included) to the newest pax (2.4.23-20040206). This 
patch does not include the softmode and ei_pax/pt_pax_flags, so it should 
work as it is in the current environments (w/o patched binutils) using 
chpax. All the PaX supported archs are added (only in CUSTOM).

Warning: only the CUSTOM options are correctly implemented (LOW/MED/HI 
not).
