hi,

I am just installing a new gentoo with hardened sources from
stage 1 of course following the current instructions.
tonight somewhere in emerge system this error occurred:

--- !targe sym /usr/bin/tbz2tool
--- !targe sym /usr/bin/repoman
--- !targe sym /usr/bin/quickpkg
--- !targe sym /usr/bin/portageq
--- !targe sym /usr/bin/g-cpan.pl
--- !targe sym /usr/bin/emerge
>>> Regenerating /etc/ld.so.cache...
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/portage/bin/emerge", line 13, in ?
    import portage
  File "/usr/lib/python2.2/site-packages/portage.py", line 4970, in ?
    import selinux
  File "/home/method/sel-py/torbenh/selinux.prx", line 29, in selinux
OSError: SELinux not enabled in kernel

then I tried re-emerging the sources and got this:

cdimage src # emerge sys-kernel/hardened-sources --nodeps
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/emerge", line 13, in ?
    import portage
  File "/usr/lib/python2.2/site-packages/portage.py", line 4970, in ?
    import selinux
  File "/home/method/sel-py/torbenh/selinux.prx", line 29, in selinux
OSError: SELinux not enabled in kernel

what is gone wrong?

gruss
