Hi all,

The English index.xml file has been updated to point to the chapters of the
second part of the handbook instead of the (old) guides:

use-howto.xml 		-> chap=1
portage-user.xml	-> chap=2 (3,4 too, but unlinked)
rc-scripts.xml		-> chap=5
env.d-howto.xml		-> chap=6

Of course, translators shouldn't propagate these changes until they have
translated the second part of the Gentoo Handbook.
