Can the translators please check if the <version> tags of their translations
are consistent with the <version> of the english document (with of course the
<version> being the <version> of the translated doc, not just the latest
version if your translation isn't up to date)?
By using the same <version> for the translation as for the english document
(as is required) it is easy to see what documents lag behind (as english
documents shouldn't change without updating the <version> tag - as is
required).
There is currently one exception to this rule and that are the hb-* files of
the Gentoo Handbook because they don't have a version tag (yet). I'll
probably add it though as it is imho too valuable (and interesting).
