Hi,

I've updated the gentoo-x86-install.xml guide so that the root partition uses
reiserfs in fstab instead of ext3.

I have also edited several other documents to remove ZhEN's e-mail; he was
the most active documentation developer before (and a bit during) my time and
has his name on several guides. He still receives lots of e-mails even though
he isn't into documentation anymore.

I've removed his e-mail address from the guides, but kept it inside as a
comment (in case we need it in the future and might forget it :)
