With help of tweaked pkgcheck
    https://github.com/pkgcore/pkgcheck/pull/78/commits/f6a0fa846ed15837d78128ebe2c668cba54fe933
removed rest of profiles that refer releases/13.0 as:
    https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=7ab16077c89cd3902ff14a161967b2df13a9bf73

13.0 profiles are gone.
