The following package is up for grabs: media-video/bino

There are several bugs pending for a long time:
#614886, #622124, #591064

Most important though is a bump to 1.6.6 and switch to Qt5:
https://bugs.gentoo.org/596824

Qt4 is being removed, so now is the time to step up and do something about it.
