I'm inclined to agree with this, mostly because GitHub is a private
entity; any changes on their end could upend our development
tea-table, so to speak. But we're also faced with a lack of manpower,
so GitHub as a stop-gap seems okay enough. Perhaps we should mentor a
few interested developers on infra business and see if anyone's
interested in maintaining such an instance. It's my understanding that
infra is rather busy as it is, so adding a few extra hands wouldn't
kill them.

We'd just need a developer who's experienced in maintaining and
setting them up.
