That overlay is ignored to protect your privacy.

A good way to include it in the collection process
would be:

 - Find a good name for it

 - echo that name to profiles/repo_name

 - Publish the repo somewhere on the web,
   say using Git and Github.com

 - Send a mail to rbu requesting addition to layman-global.txt

How about that?
