I don't think anyone uses this - it fails to compile on any decent
kernel and was only reported by Patrick after his tinderbox run.
Upstream is dead, treecleaners have voted to remove it. If anyone has
a serious objection to this being removed, you'll need to resurrect
upstream, or get the code compiling for >=2.6.19.
