Ehm, if you have a list of CP entries that were added/removed and
access to the update files it shouldn't be all that complicated.

Just made up pseudocode:

for x in $raw_added_cps; do
	grep "^move [^ ]* $x\$" $current_update_file ||
$real_added_cps="$real_added_cps $x"
done

Hardest part is probably to select $current_update_file correctly.
