Hey guys,

dev-util/gcvs has had no recent cvs activity ( 8 months ago was last file 
change, with 2 years + being the most recent real commit ), and there are 
open bugs in bugzilla. ( Links at the end of email )

I have package masked this package in anticipation of removing it from the 
tree.  Let me know if there any issues or any reasons for why it should 
not be removed.
