I'm unable to emerge qmail because of this:

I hope I've posted everything relevant, if not, send me a note.

Sorry for posting this - I'm aware that creating an entry in bugzilla is
probably the correct conduct, but I've never did that before, and I
don't want to clog it with some nonsense. So if that's the thing to do,
would someone do it instead of me?
