And the culprit is...<drum roll please>..

/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.1/libstdc++.so.5.0.2

Bloody gcc.  I'll have to rebuild that again for something like the 5th
time this week.  Bah!
