Hi,

This is indeed a known problem. However, it does not always show up, and I 
don't know what triggers it, so it hasn't been changed by default.
The change does make kde startup times longer, but since objprelink takes 
care of the trouble, I can have the kdebase euild change that line. Any 
objections?
