The patch is already applied by the ebuild

So there must be another problem with your system!

On my machine f4l installs and works fine!

It seems that eqmake3 could not be found on your system! Maybe there is
something wrong with your environment.

Eqmake3 is defined in the qt3.eclass. It could also be possible that
this is a bug as eqmake3 and eqmake4 have been added only a few days ago
to this eclass.
