Do not top post, please.

However LMMS is not in Portage, but it's a native Linux app (LMMS =
Linux Multi Media Studio) and does what the OP means. I have it on my
pc, compiled from the svn.

The equivalent Fruity Loops from Windows does not run under Wine last
time I checked.
