Hi

I installed vanilla-source and now when I want to compile it (after 
coping .config to /etc/kernels/default-config)

I got :
Settings:
  make options: -j2 (from Portage/make.conf)
  source tree: /usr/src/linux-2.4.22
  config type: non-gentoo (default)
  config loc: /etc/kernels/default-config
  initrd config: (default) /etc/kernels/settings


My question is why genkernel said :  config type: non-gentoo (default)  !!!!


Any help ?
