Yes I did but at the time for whatever reason it was flickering.  I've
now adjusted things and it seems to be fine.  I also had to emerge drm. 
I also found amusingly what happens if you order the modes wrong.  My
app res at one point was 1024x768 but my desk space was the highest res
listed so putting the mouse to the edge of the screen caused scroll.  My
fps is also now in the 740's.  :)

Only thing I'm wondering if I should do is put in a "Depth 32" section. 
Usually I perfer my monitor to be at 24 or 32.  But then I'd have to try
to figure out what modes fit that.
