Subject: [gentoo-desktop] Remote X Session via GDM

I am using X-Win32 version 5.4 with XFree86 4.2.99.4 and gdm 2.4.1.3.
When I try and login / connect to the Gentoo X server from a windows PC
(using Broadcast, Query or Indirect), /var/log/syslog reports the
following...
Mar 5 14:16:43 agentsmith gdm[5748]: gdm_auth_secure_display: Error =
getting
hentry for <host>
Mar 5 14:16:43 agentsmith gdm[5748]: gdm_xdmcp_display_alloc: Error =
setting
up cookies for <host>:1
Is this a permission problem? xauth? xhost?
I dont know where to look. I can login to a RH 7.2 system fine (ximian
gnome 1.4 patched)
All help greatly appreciated
